Our Chair Chloe-Jane Ross is running as a Candidate in the May 2018 Bromley Council elections. Whilst we wish our Chair well and, of course, share common views on areas of concern in Beckenham, the Copers Cope Area Residents’ Association is and will remain non-party political.
To ensure that there are no real or perceived conflicts of interest CCARA have co-opted committee member Alan Old to act as Co-Chair. Alan Old can be contacted directly at email@example.com
Over the coming weeks Ms Ross will still undertake work on behalf of CCARA to honour commitments (such as the town Christmas event) and ensure the smooth running of the Association. Closer to the time she will take a sabbatical to concentrate on campaigning.
